Sage 50 program does not open and nothing happens when you click on the Sage 50 icon. The error Sage 50 grays out issues causes due to Pervasive not being installed correctly and UAC on. You need to disable the Run as admin option and terminate the compatibility mode.
Steps to Fix Issue:-
Right-click on the Sage 50 icon and then select Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab.
Run Sage 50 program in compatibility mode.
Open task manager (Control + Alt + Delete).
Look for "peachw.exe".
Select process option and click on End Task.
Now, you can try to open the Sage 50 program again.
