Ø  Open the customer record for the customer with the bad debt.

Ø  Click on the "Activities" tab and select "Bad Debt Write Off."

Ø  Enter the amount of the bad debt you want to write off and the account to which the write-off should be posted.

Ø  Click "Save" to complete the write-off.
