Woke up freezing 3am Had to sleep in my jacket as the settings for the radiator were either faulty or non adjustable to stay on over night. Stains on throw however duvet, sheets and pillows were clean and the place was tidy.its a nice little room just felt like I was camping is all.

Stayed here in 3 rooms for 1 night for a family celebration that was taking place nearby. Lovely quiet location, rooms were clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. The only negative really is that the heating in room 4 (I think it was) didn’t seem to be working too well. This room was also the smallest albeit still comfortable. I would recommend if you want to stay in a peaceful location as your’e guaranteed a decent sleep with little or no noise. It’s also only a short drive from Worthing so location was great for us.

We booked Unit 1 at Findon Rest to stay one Saturday night in April 2025. When we arrived, we had to step down into the lounge area where the ceiling is very low and there are 2 steps up into the bedroom area which caused an extremely low ceiling clearance at the end of the bed, which had to be negotiated if going to the bathroom (at the other side of the room). There are 2 extremely uncomfortable, lumpy beds with a small chest of drawers between them and a lamp. Around midnight, we were awoken by another couple in the unit upstairs arriving back. There is little or no sound insulation, so any movement and use of facilities above can be heard quite clearly. After suffering a fall onto the concrete floor caused by the dangerous steps and low ceiling, we left the room and checked in to a local hotel chain for safety. ||Subsequently we contacted the owners to tell them about what had happened, asking for a refund and reimbursement of the other hotel costs. Our request was denied showing a complete lack of empathy from the owner over the degree of trauma caused by this uninhabitable property.| |Since then, we have spent many hours in A&E (my partner had a broken thumb and badly damaged wrist), the fracture clinic and other medical facilities. Please do not use this place. It is dangerous and it needs to be shut down.

We booked late but seamless booking process and clear instructions. For the price we paid we weren’t expecting a high-end hotel but the room had a nice large and very comfortable bed, bath shower, tea and coffee toiletries, iron and ironing board a small TV on the pivot and a small heater. We met what we assumed was the owner this morning as we were leaving nice pleasant lady. If you’re in the area again, will definitely pay another visit. 👍

Brilliant village style accommodation. Great location too. We booked 3 rooms here for a family stay, and you could tell the rooms had all been recently decorated, and they were perfect for our stay. Clive the owner was really helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Don’t waste your money. Riddled with damp, stinks and not somewhere I would ever recommend someone to sleep. My husband has cancer, this is definitely not somewhere he should be sleeping 😢

Great comms, lovely accommodation and fantastic support when I needed flexibility. Finding rest is quaint, modern, very clean and comfy and I’d happily recommend and visit again. Thank you to the proprietors for being on hand with any questions and for being extremely kind and helpful.
