Staybridge Suites Eau Claire

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We love the morning breakfasts and the rooms with the kitchen. We had a minor inconvenience with the elevator near our room being broken. Besides this our stay was very nice. Our kids had so much fun in the pool, as well as the hot tub. It was nice to stay in a hotel with a hot tub. Our last few have only had pools. We will definitely be staying at this hotel chain again when possible.

We stayed here for 1 night for a wedding. First of all, the lady who checked us in was wonderful. She explained all the amenities and helped us figure out where the wedding venue was. She also checked us out the next morning and was again so nice. |The bed was super comfortable and the sheets felt like silk. I loved having an actual bathtub! Although we didn't use the kitchenette much we liked having full sized, real glasses and that it had a regular sized fridge for beverages and leftovers. |We enjoyed our stay so much that our family has talked about coming again for a long weekend to enjoy Altoona even further. Thanks so much.

The rooms were fine. Would have preferred a king over a queen. One compliant was they had a built in night light. My wife needs the room dark and it put out a lot of light. We finally taped over it. Breakfast was just ok. Waffles and eggs were good. They had packaged cinnamon bread that looked good but tasteless and indelible The blueberry bagel was similar, like chewy cardboard.

Amazing place to stay. Very quiet yet comfortable. Well maintained. Parking isn’t to bad. Only thing is in the bathroom I wish there was a fan. Other than that. Had a full kitchen, living room and amazing bed. Staff were kind and sweet. Highly recommend if in town or for business.

What a welcome after driving through 3 States! We experienced home away from home. A comfortable bed and fully supplied kitchen and bathroom. A tasty choice of food and drinks during an early evening social! In the morning we experienced a full breakfast selection ~ fresh waffles, omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruits and more. Drinks ranged from freshly brewed coffee, orange juice, apple juice, milk and water to hot chocolate. And much more!!! The staff came to each diner and asked if the food was good. The dining area was spacious and clean. A large screen tv provided up to date news and weather for those interested. A daily newspaper was available at no cost. First and Last (but not least), the staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient!

Our stay was very comfortable, I couldn't believe the amenities provided, I want to return and try out the social hour advertised. We wanted a ground floor suite when making the reservation and the reply we received was it may not be available so we were surprised when we did receive it. The breakfast was great for me but my boyfriend needed meat though. The staff are very knowledgeable, The grounds are pretty lit up at night. The Jacuzzi was big and comfortably fit a lot of people.

Love staying here when in Eau Claire. Pool and hot tub are a bit small, and they need to enforce the no children in the hot tub rule. The continental breakfast is very good with plenty of seating. Nice outdoor space. Ample parking. Nice nearby stores and restaurants.

Great IHG hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Have a lot of amenities on site including self laundry, out side grills, have 3 day week happy hours. Very larger breakfast selection. Rooms are spacious and well stocked kitchens. Highly recommend
