TrustFord Wilmslow Ford Store

Purchased a used Ford Ranger. We dealt with Chris, who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The transaction was smooth and the car was presented well for us. Very pleased with both the service from TrustFord and the quality of the vehicle.

The whole experience of buying the car from first making the enquiry to collecting was great. There was one issue that I will get onto later and knocked the score to 4. I dealt with Karla at the dealership and found her to be very professional and great at her job. No hard sell, no pressures just nice friendly person with a good sales manner. I was kept informed regularly as there was an outstanding recall on the vehicle that needed completing before I could collect. On the day of collection Karla took me to the car and ensured my phone was connected and I understood all the controls before I left. OK, the one issue. When I first tried to use the wipers I found that they had not been aligned correctly and hit each other making them totally unusable. **UPDATE** After contact with the aftersales manager he has arranged to collect my car, repair and return same day. Excellent service.

I have used trustfordwilmslow for several years now and never had any problems with them. We have been looking to change our car and found what we wanted from them yet again. The one we wanted was at another Trustford agency but was transferred to wilmslow for us to look at and it was just what we were looking for many thanks to Damien for all his help

Great experience. Went to have a little look and ended up buying a used car. Leigh was the salesman and was great. Not pushy at all which I’m glad about as that puts me off. The communication was great from him too. Would definitely recommend this place if a new or used car.

A big thank you to Karla D, for her amazing help today. Not only did she take the time to arrange collection for our car, but she went above and beyond and helped us connect with the used car sales team — and we ended up selling our car the very same day! Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate all your help. The Helsbys

Excellent service at the used car dealership. Got a good price for my trade in and the sales staff were great. The Puma I bought was only 9 months old with a very low mileage. It had a low battery from having been parked for a while so it was replaced with a brand new one without question. I have used the Trust Ford dealership in Wilmslow for many years now for new cars and this used car and would definitely recommend them. Thank you John !

I dealt with Christian to buy a used Explorer and I can say he was amazing from start to finish nothing was to much trouble. He sent me a personal walk around of the car explaining everything in detail as he went round along with the inside. I had tried to purchase 2 similar cars from Ford and the customer service wasn’t a patch on Christian. I highly recommend and trust this dealership without a shadow of doubt.

Dealt with Leigh and then John while buying a used Puma, that I had seen on the website. They answered all my questions and both were courteous and professional. This is the second car I have purchased from this branch. I would recommend a visit.
