I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom the owner who is a lovely old school gent. They fitted an electric fan oven nothing too much trouble. The engineer turned up on time and was very friendly and helpful, cannot recommend this family business higher.

Well what can i say!!!! Absolutely amazing service from an amazing team!!! From purchasing the washing machine to delivery and installation just 2 days later its been an amazing experience!!! We will be back next week for a fridge freezer. Thank you, you lovely people!!!!

Birchalls is a good old fashioned business how it used to be years ago when they provided an excellent service from start to finish either going in the shop personally or done over the phone ,getting all the help and knowledge off the staff of the product your buying to it being delivered!!!!I can’t praise Tom and all his staff enough for the excellent service they have given me !!!!!During lockdown when we had the Covid Pandemic,my tv packed up and Birchalls where the only one who would come into my house deliver and set up the new one for me and I will never forget that,I have had chest freezers off them which they took upstairs for me because I couldn’t have them anywhere else!!!!I have just bought a new double oven and hob off them and they are absolutely stunning!!!!They always provide a sterling friendly and knowledgable service and I urge anybody thinking of buying any appliance whether it be electric or gas to pay them a visit first before going anywhere else!!!!There aren’t many businesses today like Birchalls ,they want you to buy their products but they don’t have much time for you ,they are only interested in your money and not providing the service you should get!!!!And ordering on line is so impersonal,there’s nothing like the personal touch of talking to a human being!!!!Once again I wish to thank Tom and all his staff for being a business to be proud of and that every business should strive to be the same as Birchalls!!!!!Thankyou.

I completely trust this company & have used them several times over the last 15yrs. My 55” TV was only 4-5 yrs old but after a loud bang one night, it had completely lost power. They only charged a modest amount to inspect (half what larger companies charge) & that gets taken off repair bill or if you decide not to repair, can go towards purchasing a new item in store. Win/win. Mine got repaired for less than £60 & a perfectly good TVs not ended up in landfill. Highly recommend this company & service.

I found this electrical business in 2016--I live in Radcliffe. Just bought again from them for the third time. Just a fabulous place to shop, always competitive, very courteous and helpful and Tom and his team are a real "dream team" of knowledge and technical help, whilst still providing service as it used to be but sadly not anymore in so many places. Very friendly and professional service. They installed a satellite dish and freesat box for me at a very reasonable price. And they turned up at the time I asked them too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service. Very helpful and courteous. I ordered a new washing machine and it was installed, delivered and my old one taken away. I will definitely use them again.
