VSL provide a great level of customer service. They have supported us for a number of years with our Telcoms and communication systems. More recently they have supported us in the installation of "smart" EV car chargers at our workplace. They are very customer focused, and listened carefully to our requirements and provided the best solution to meet our needs. They have a clear understanding of the regulations and funding streams available to ensure we were able to access all the savings to make our project cost effective. I have managed vendors and partners for the best part of two decades and consider myself to be quite critical. VSL have been a very strong partner, they have consistently pulled out all the stops to assist me with various, no-notice projects, large-scale changes, upgrades... The list is never-ending. Their engineers are very skilled, you won't be passed around teams and individuals until eventually you get the right answer. They also go above and beyond when you need it, no surprise invoices, just honest, hard-working people. Happy to highly recommend (and that's a very small list)

During the half-term, Campsbourne Junior School's telephone system was successfully upgraded. VSL engineers managed the transition smoothly, with only a few minor technical issues that were quickly resolved. I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of their service.

We have been with VSL since 2012 They are very honest & helpful. We have had both phones & WiFi installed & maintained by them. The service is excellent. Before working at the school I worked for BT for 12 years & know the industry really well. In my experience being a customer of VSL is a much better journey both more efficient & effective.
