Brilliant service. I had gone to all the other tech repair shops on the road, and all of them failed to diagnose the problem and/or offered an extremely high price, one even at three thousand pounds. Then I arrived at MJ's Laptops and Mobiles, where they welcomed my sister and me in nicely. My issue was quickly diagnosed, and the quote was a very low price of £10. We continued, and my laptop ended up completely fixed. They even offered a free clean of my fan and all the inside components and retightened my screws, as well as replacing the rubber pads on the underside of my laptop without me having to pay anything at all. 5 stars definitely, the best repair shop in all of Watford; would highly recommend!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the recent repair service we received from your shop for my husband's iPhone. My husband brought his iPhone to your store to have the screen replaced. We were quoted £410 for this service, which we paid in full with the expectation of receiving high-quality parts and professional service. Unfortunately, just over a month later, the phone developed a solid green line across the screen, which appeared out of nowhere. We had been on holiday, so we brought the phone back to your shop as soon as possible. However, when we returned to discuss the issue, we were met with resistance. The staff member we spoke to did not seem willing to listen to our concerns and implied that the problem was due to customer mishandling, which we firmly disagree with. We were also disappointed to learn from a neighboring business that the screen used in the repair may not have been of the quality we were led to believe it was. Given that we paid a significant amount for this repair, we would expect some form of warranty or guarantee, particularly when a fault occurs so soon after the service was performed. Unfortunately, your staff has not offered any solution to rectify this issue. At this point, I am deeply concerned about the quality of the repair and whether the screen was properly replaced. We are now considering escalating this matter to Trading Standards to ensure that our consumer rights are upheld.

I have been going to MJ's Laptops & Mobiles for many years now for all my computing needs and they have been immensely helpful. Competent, reliable, professional, and excellent value for money. I would strongly recommend them without any reservations.

This is the best phone repair shop in the UK not just Watford! Very friendly and professional service - without any pressure to buy anything. Phone repaired to our satisfaction and for our new phone bought - Goarav tranferred all essential data and photos free of charge. Will definately recommend:)

If only we could give 6 stars! We had our iPhone repaired and feels like a brand new phone. They knew what they were talking about too. Very happy with the service and will definitely come back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!!

I have a Huawei Honor Note 8 which I purchased in 2015/16. The battery was on it's way out so I took it to Goarav at MJ's. He ordered me a new battery and fitted it within a couple of hours. Excellent service and very good customer service.

Outstanding service!!! Ordering online is great, until the courier lets you down at the last minute. I desperately needed to start a project today and was missing, of all things, 4 network cables. I needed them a specific length and as soon as possible. Although a little uncommon and not a very expensive item, I was able to get them prepared there and then while I waited. Kind, friendly and patient! I would highly recommend as a first stop for any laptop / computer needs, I would doubt you will find better or more attentive elsewhere.
