First time I used PC Doctor and it won't be the last! Mark was polite, professional and very reliable. I had a damaged Lenovo Ideal Flex laptop screen, in which he identified the issue and quoted the price for the fix, which was very good. He's a one man band and boy does he do a great job! Thoroughly recommend - thanks for your help Mark.

I had an internet connectivity issue with my laptop. Mark was quick to identify the problem and fix it. He then showed me how to complete the fix myself if it happens again and since he still had some time, sorted a few other issues I had with my laptop. Friendly service, and so helpful that he comes to you. Mark checked in a few days later to check that everything was still working as it should be. Really great service - highly recommend!

Very honest about their availability / workload so expectations were managed prior. Computer back & working with 2 days and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended. Full support 10/10 Checkatrade score, which lead me.to Southern PC Doctor in the 1st instance

Excellent support from Mark to install windows 11 . He was so efficient and informative throughout the process and carried out this installation with such patience . I am so glad to have his expertise and vast knowledge to assist me to continue using the internet for my personal use . Highly recommended .

Mark was helpful, professional and explained the issue in a way a non IT expert could understand. He then responded promptly to a call for assistance when a separate issue arose after he had completed the original on-site repair. We won't hesitate to use his services again.

Mark Bryden has been my 'go-to' person for IT support for many years. This month he steered me through the acquisition and then installed and set to work a new all-in-one PC, all done with his usual thoroughness and patient answering of my none too savvy questions. Highly recommended.

5/5

I was hacked and lost email access on my phone. He fixed this in no time and also checked my laptop. He explains what he is doing in ways I can understand and gives me extra advice too, so I have every confidence in him. Available quickly, and very reasonable charges.
