I had an issue with my PC tower making strange noises. I contacted Edward from Carray Computer Services via a web search, as I had not used him before. Edward was brilliant. He was extremely professional. I outlined the issue to him and he came round on an evening. He took the tower away, where he cleaned it inside ( I hadn’t realised how dusty it was). He also increased the ram for me (having spoken to me first). He gave me some other advice re future use/replacement. He then returned the tower on another evening. I highly recommend Edward if you have any issues with your computer.

I had an issue on my laptop that blocked Outlook and I was not able to work at all. Contacted Edward on Saturday at noon and in the evening the issue was brilliantly solved. Great experience, highly recommended.

Very efficient service with a really fast turnaround time. I was debating buying a new printer after mine did not enjoy our house move. Decided to see if I could get it repaired as I didn’t want to spend hours trying to set up a new one. So pleased I did. I cannot recommend Edward enough for any computer service, he is very professional, patient and solved my problems for me when my laptop broke he removed the hard drive for me and imported the data onto my new laptop.
