One thing that stands out is their professionalism. Their scheduling is is tight and on track. They want to make sure every job is done in the time allowed and to the customers satisfaction. We would give them 10 stars if we could. Nowadays there aren’t that many companies that are willing to deliver the quality and customer service of Ellada Homes. I was very impressed at with them at first, in regards to communication prior to the estimate visit. They came out to do the estimate and again I got a very good impression. But after they came out to look at the project, they ghosted me and never even sent an estimate. I even called after 10 days, they had send they would send the estimate in a day or two, and was told I would hear back that day, crickets. Very disappointed. If they weren't interested in doing the job it would have been courteous for them to just tell us that.
