great accountants!! very poor customers service form staff, it takes for ever to get a 5 minutes report for payroll department. customers deserve better, they may need to know that customers are the reason for the existence of a business.

Can't rate lower than a 1 star or I would. Worst payroll company I've dealt with. Checks are never ready. It's always late. I'd recommend anyone else but them. Previews reviews show just how bad they are.

They are very unprofessional, and they messed up our tax return. We submit since February, and just received a letter from IRS saying it was sent incomplete. I go and ask for help. The girl helping me didn't even bother to read the letter, but suggested I go and find some information that she would need to fill out the form IRS requested. I told her the form number, she asked for a different form. So I finally decided to call IRS, and after more than an hour I was able to get clarification. The girl later apologized saying she should have read the letter completely. Like, ummmm, really. Thanks for charging soo much, and now wasting my time. The receptionist was also rude. I have with them for more than 10 years, but il take my business elsewhere.

If i could rate this company a 0 star I would, the lady helping me was very rude and unprofessional. Usually during tax season they ask me question to verify all the information, however she didn’t ask me anything! I think everything was set and done under 5 minutes and i felt like i was being rushed out. I’ve been told by many people this company is trash and i should have listened. Save your time.

I strongly recommend Cuevas & Villa they are very knowledgeable, friendly, and their secretary Aranza is very good of giving messages and returning calls. I’m very happy with their service and their cost is one third of other CPAs firms. They are also expanding their service by guiding clients towards advance tax planning not only filling taxes. Give yourself the opportunity to met Rafael and Francisco.

Cuevas and Villa handled our family business' accounting and not only is their staff not educated for the job but they are also highly unprofessional. They lost important documents that were never found. Thankfully we were able to find a real accountant who is a professional and has great educated staff.

My husband and I filed our taxes here and was not given correct information on our return. All the employees are not on the same page with all the correct information. The woman who did our return did not know what she was doing, she had to leave the room a couple of times to go ask someone else. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here to file your taxes.
