Best Western Rama Inn

Wonderful place! We drove up here 08/01/25 from CA. I'm originally from the Seattle area but moved to CA for 3 yrs. Unfortunately our 13hr trip turned into 20 and the hotel was absolutely amazing at communicating by texting me asking if we needed anything. They understood over the phone that I was running late and checked us in. We didn't get in until EARLY morning time. They were prompt, very kind & respectful & helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were huge, the shower had great pressure, & the beds were super comfy! The housekeeping was amazing also. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Let me start by saying we are best western reward members and stay at a lot of Best Westerns.|The front line staff did as good of a job as they could. However we had originally booked a double queen and were getting in late from Idaho as we were attended a benefit auction for my family.|At 6pm we got a call to pay for the room or they would give it away as they were fully booked and needed the space. Not our problem. We were not set to check in until after 10pm. We paid then at 6pm. When we went to check in found out our room had been downgraded to a single queen in a handy cap room. Not at all what we needed as we were traveling with teenage children. We were given a "complimentary" roll away and it was mentioned multiple times we would normally have to pay for the roll away, but he was doing us a favor. We were asked to pay again for the room we had on hold and had paid for 5 hours earlier|The roll away blanket was stained, the room dark, was old and smelled. The shower has no curtains and water gets everywhere with zero pressure or heat regulation. The floor was so bad we felt we had to wear our shoes in the room with rips and stains.|The next day we were given a double queen but the owner and manager did not care about the issue. Further the double queen backs the train tracks which was incredibly loud. The whole hotel was loud in fact and you could hear people walking and talking upstairs.|Breakfast was what you would expect for a BW, staff did a good job keeping up with a full hotel.|Shout out to your front desk team who understood and did what they could to make it better and the housekeeping staff worked hard to get us into the new room as quickly as possible but it's the worst best western we have ever stayed at and we exclusively travel with best western when we can. Very disappointed in the owner and leadership of the hotel.|I would drive the extra time to stay at any other hotel the next time we are in the area. Only giving 1 star because the actual front line team were awesome.

The rooms were spacious and I like that they had a fairly big mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed here for a festival at The Gorge Amphitheatre and it was the perfect spot, about a 30 min drive (which is pretty close for that venue). Would stay here again!

We stopped unexpectedly for one night in Ephrata, WA and we pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. They have an indoor pool, guest laundry room and free breakfast. It met all of our needs and the front desk was very polite and customer oriented! And the price was phenomenal.

The room was outdated. Plaster holes, broken tiles in the bathroom and dirty carpet. Windows dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. No bodywash. The key ( swipe) did not work right. The door needed help closing. This Best Western made me rethink where I will stay from now on. Personally I think this location brings the Best Western name to a lower standard. The staff was friendly and nice but that did not compensate for the condition of the room.

We stayed in room 209. Nice room, but the toilet had issues one night. The flush leaver chain broke, and fell inside the water storage tank, I fished the chain out, and reattached it to the flush leaver, it works perfectly… I did mention it to the front desk clerk when we checked out, and she said thanks. B

Stayed here while we were driving through town. There is not many hotels that seem legit in this area. The beds were comfortable, showers were good and staff was very friendly at night and morning. The one problem is that the room phine was unplugged and also the Direct TV didn't work even after employee tried to fix it, so we couldn't relax and watch tv. Seems to be a weird problem, but oh well.

Love this hotel! Last visit hot tub had some issues and the staff ( Frank) was extremely helpful and was super nice! The manager/owner made things right in such a great way will definitely be staying again! 10/10 recommend!!
