I have always thought you were an amazing company. Always arrive shortly after ordered. I have only ever had one issue with one of your drivers but you sorted that without any problem. Your telphone staff are always heloful and polite when I need to talk to them.

Whenever I book a taxi on veezu I can never get a driver accepting my booking I wait 15 or 20 minutes still no driver found for my booking this isn't just once it's happened with quite a few of my taxi bookings with veezu

Both journeys on time. Clean cars. 7/4/25 driving a bit erratic. 17/4/25 fine, felt safe, good driver, also offered water. Nice touch.

Driver was very pleasant spoke to us all the journey made us feel very welcome. I had my arm in a sling he offered to come and help me put my seat belt on.

On time pick up to go to airport. I was confused where pick up was, on my delayed flight return, but driver most helpful sorting out. Excellent service. I will be using you again. 9/4/25 driver tried to drop me somewhere other than premium drop off area. Had to tell him we had already paid for this!!
