We have used Westcomm Networks (UK) Ltd for over 5 years. We have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating. If we have a problem they are on it straight away . We have used various IT support companies over many years and they are the best! As with many companies we have various 'development' projects for which we get a quote in advance. Westcomm are rare in that they come in on budget: ie no extras that get tacked in on the end(I find this very reassuring). Not that this is the most important aspect of an IT support company but they also happen to be a good bunch of people!
