Tuesday the 29 at 7:27pm i placed a doordash order for two 6pcs bone in combos and i received my order around 9:30 4 different dashers were waiting for the order mind you i live 2 minutes away from this location. the last dasher waiting for my order said his friend worked at this location and he slides him my order ,It was ready the whole time and they just never gave it out the manager was screaming saying the computers werent working which i understand they were busy but i shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for food i am a manager at a fast food location thats not how you do business i called back once i received my food without my drinks and all cold and they had me on wait for 2 separate time on the phone to speak to a manager and said come back wednesday to get food again . i go wednesday and wait for 40 minutes for my wings well done and checked the fries make sure they were good and left i got home the order was wrong again. i called and the guy said it is correct and nothing is wrong with the order when i order there all the time i order the same thing and he said to go back they will make it again i said no because i waited 40 minutes for a order that did not do right and was not going back again when they messed up again very disappointing. now tell me is this hot honey rub because they think i was liying about what i received it is spicy with lemon flavor to it

When this place first opened the food was great and cooked very well. Ordered food today and it’s like no one cooks properly. My bone in wings didn’t even looked cook all the way and the fries were stale and hard. The ranch is my favorite dip and today it didn’t even taste good and it wasn’t even the slightest bit cold. Get your act together or you won’t be in business much longer judging by the other reviews. SMH do better and get your employees in line.

This is the new location in Rosenberg. Time 12:08 (lunch rush) The food is the same -Excellent flavors I tried the new sweet chili- Yum ! The service is way better than other Wing Stop locations. They actually called my name and brought out everyone's order . The absolute highlight was the music selection. They played alt rock and grunge. Bro , my style and my total vibe . Come and chill, bro. This spot has hot wings , the best throwback tracks, and excellent customer service.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The entire crew was laughing and joking around the whole time, including the cooks and the person taking orders. No one said “welcome in” or even a simple “thank you.” To make it worse, there’s a locked door with no sign, and customers kept running into it. Instead of helping, the red-haired girl laughed at every single person. That’s just disrespectful. On top of that, the place is very unsanitary. None of the cooks were wearing gloves, they were touching their phones, each other’s hands, and then going right back to handling food and serving it. Totally unacceptable.

The customer service that an employee Cedrick gave me was over all horrible! He was so rude and uptight. When I went to sit down everybody waiting on their food looked upset like they were waiting for a long time for their food.

They look short handed and behind. Having to wait 30+ minutes more than the order ready time is wild. It was empty and not busy at all and the cook couldn’t even tell me how much longer. You’re better off ordering Pizza Hut down one block, they’ll make your order ready on time.

Definitely stepped up since the last time I came, food came fast and perfect ! Amazing hype staff, clean as well the music is a vibe !

Walked in cashier was on the phone taking an order. Employee in back packing food didn’t bother helping me, looked back MULITPLE times didn’t bother seeing if I needed help.
