Started service with them when they had just opened and it used to be great. for example, their technical service people call in occasionally to check if we had encountered issues and take on feedback if we had. We switched to them from Suddenlink and the difference was night and day. After they were bought out it started downhill. Now we pay $93 a month and rarely get the advertised speed in between frequent outages and it continues to degrade over time. I wish they had a competitor offering a similar service in our area so we could switch.

Service used to work. Constant tower work or no power at towers. Lost internet over seven days in the last month. They turn off their phones. No customer support, just unplug your router time waste. Find another company. Horrible provider.

We had tried to arrange service but ran into issues that were internal to the company. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was contacted by the owner and he explained some of the background of what was going on, but by that time we had already gone with the competitor. The problems really stem from staffing issues which were affecting customer service and I was one of the individuals impacted. When my current services up for renewal I will check back to see if things have improved

We think lightning hit our pole and blew out router and such. Technician Mike Clair arrived and made certain everything was working. He was professional, and courteous. Took his time, asked questions and even set up and re-set the new router. Great Customer service and professional manner. Gig’em

When we relocated to Sumner, I was very concerned about finding decent internet service. Thankfully, my worries were misplaced. I work from home, so it’s vital that I have a good internet connection. I’ve been with them almost two years. Recently, they reached out proactively to adjust my satellite because they noticed my signal wasn’t as strong as they’d like. I ended up having a tower installed, which really helped improve speeds. The gentleman who installed it was very nice. I always appreciate a company that is proactive and cares about its customers.

Terrible internet service. The internet goes down all the time and speed is 0 to 5 mb/s. Super slow. They replaced our modem router several times. We bought a new modem/router. Still very slow service. They throtle down customers. Just as bad as the other companies avalable in powderly texas. Our internet has been out for 2 days. This is a second time we got a ticket number in 2 days. Talked to Mark on the phone who was very rude and wanted to hang up. Never had technican who could not troubleshoot. Horrible! should be fired. They should get rid of tier 1 and have tier 2 adjust the tower. Always fixes the problem.

I just had my residential internet installed by them and it works great! It’s fast and the package I got is unlimited! Setting up an appointment was easy and fast. The installation Man Brad was very informative and did great work with the installation and set up. He even petted all my cats and sang the national anthem!
