Kings Inn Paris TX

I'm just going to put this out there me and my husband have been here at king's in now going on oh most 2 years the room s might not be high-dollar rooms they might not look like you're walking in a mansion these people have done nothing but help me and my husband you could not ask for a better people then them when my own family as trund me down they never once turned us down for anything I have never ment so respected owners like they are these people are a true blessing because their have been day's I didn't know what we were going to do they were there whit open arms to help I thank them every day because the struggle is real especially when you don't have nobody they always speak to you they try to make you feel comfortable I thank y'all from the bottom of my heart 💗❤️ for everything y'all have done

I stay here from time to time when traveling with my husband and work crew but this recent stay was absolutely awful and I do mean awful! There is roaches and the older man that is there presently is so rude if I could give negative stars for the customer service I received from him I would he even yelled at some tenants on one particular occasion and when I attempted to get the roach issue he told me to take care of it myself I rarely ever have dealt with him normally there is a younger much more pleasant young man there and a lady as well they are so polite and give a 110% when it comes to taking care of their customers im not sure what this guys problem is but definitely won't be staying at kings inn because of it again and on some occasions the guy was too lazy to come downstairs to come to the front desk he yelled from upstairs to come back later like geez it was a horrible experience never had a issue with this motel up until now please fix it so hopefully nobody else has to suffer like we did

It was in a good location...just lots of outside riff raff going on...still a nice little spot for reasonable price!

This hotel is very accommodating and by far one of the most affordable ones.Yes, there are people that live there from time to time but you can expect that at EVERY hotel/motel in this area. The few times that I have rented a room I have never ran into any problems. I'm also not a Karen and could care less what everyone else has going on in their rooms because they paid for their room like I paid for mine. I have a 3 year old special needs mini me and will only choose the best/safest for her when we travel and for a hotel to be clean, safe and accommodating is rare. I have also taken the time to scan through some of the reviews given and the negative ones usually come from a patron that is either looking for trouble or hiding from it. If you are openly looking for a reason to be negative perhaps you should go for it in the confines of your own home/rental property. The rooms are clean and I have yet to run across a bug of any sort inside the rooms.Standard rooms come with a mini fridge and microwave .The amenities offered are a laundry/snack/ice room. The doors are heavy and secured by 2-3 different locking mechanisms, the air blows cold crisp air and the rooms have expanded cable selections (ie) HBO, Cinemax and every cartoon station offered in this area. The hotel itself is located in a prime location right off of Lamar Avenue and nestled between various eating establishments/grocery stores. The more expensive rooms offer a kitchenette if needed and if you happen to require any form of tobacco product/alcoholic beverage there are two smoke shops literally 20 feet away from the front office and the employees/hotel managers are friendly and very attentive & the only downside I've encountered is the lack of outdoor activities on site for the few nature enthusiastic individuals but there has to be at least one negative in a honest review, IMO. Thank you Kings Inn for the southern hospitality you have provided for me and my family each and every time we have visited!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!! In my opinion you guys are a 5 ⭐ establishment!!

This motel has the up most respect for their customers. Takes care of their needs individually. Very clean, quiet. Which is very important to me. They are caring. Which, u can't find much of that anymore now days. I have been a thorn in their butts many times. But never gave up on me, or kicked me out. That speaks volumes. Thank you!

Not too good. Cockroach haven!!! Not only were there roaches everywhere, the smell of them was nauseating 🤮 TV situated way away from the beds on top of nasty refrigerator. Other than that it was roomy,air condition worked lovely, shower sinks and toilet worked fine and the cleaning staff did their best to keep the place clean.

They try tell you who you can have over there and when you can have them over there and charge you more even for people to just visiting your room for a couple hours. They try to raise the price up on you whenever you have somebody visiting they cost a little less than the extended stay here and they don't have nowhere near as much as it does

Never really had a problem with this place. Good friendly down to earth people. Decent room sizes. Has basic amenities for it's rating. And can get to anywhere in town from here most times around five minutes. I have, am, and will stay here again.
