I've been with ServerPronto since 2014. I've had 4 dedicated servers since then and I'm only now moving on, mainly due to requiring something a little closer to home (NZ). I did look at reviews before buying and they were terrible back then! Mostly billing issues which didn't seem like a problem unless you're leaving. But they seem to be on point now and every thing on the billing side seems to be as advertised. I've cancelled 4 servers now with no issues :) In the 10 years with them, there have been ups and downs. But you get what you pay for right. Their support is responsive and quick. Server reboots are answered almost immediately even when they are on the other side of the world ( from me ). I'd go back to them if I have requirements for servers run in the US but I don't have any US based clients .... yet ;) Big Ups ServerPronto, you've come a long way and I see things only getting better. cheers for your many years of service Dwayne @ OMI

Horrible company. They still bill you after you cancel. They change the billing amounts per month too, in an effort to get around billing blocks. I'd make this review zero stars if I could.

Don't hire anything from this company, they're swindlers. After purchasing and installing the server they send you additional charges that did not exist at the time of hiring and even threaten to shut down the server if you don't pay. I am very disappointed, I thought it was a serious company.

Not security at all, if you know what you do, check and you will found a lot of security breach, no VLANs, you can see all Servers, all local network on any subnet, this only happens at this datacenter, we are moving out. Did an scan on a private Nat because I had an IP conflict and it was the only way to find out. Reported and no one pay attention. Site reported that I was trying to hack for do an IP scan on a private network 192.168.1.x. 10.1.10.x. Amazing. Moved out, cancelled service and still receiving charges on our credit card.

I have had my own servers at the colo for 10 years. Their service is great, and nice and helpful people work there.
