I have been chosen for jury duty and can't even speak to somebody in the court regarding this matter because the voicemail is full and can't accept messages. How is this professional and ok? Isn't it part of their job, to check the voicemails and clear it so that people may leave voicemails, if they can't answer the phone? Yet, these are the same people complaining about jobs are being affected, when they can't even do their job... What are these people paid to do, especially at a time when there's people more than qualified ready to perform the duties of their position.

Absolutley horrific. No one ever answers the phone, the voicemail is always full, no idea how a city can even function in this way. There are constant billing errors. I mean CONSTANT, no way to resolve. They just send you threatening letters to disconnect with no way to ask about what you're being billed. You can't even create an online portal you need to now the exact dollar amount to the very last cent of how much you've paid in the past to register which is the most absurd way to verify an account I've ever heard of because you guys bill me bogus fees every month I have no idea what the last amount is. And no human answer. What are property tax dollars going towards? Because clearly its not going to our utilities centers.

Terrible utility website from the 90s, all Manor systems antiquated, no automation, and they shut off your water without any notice. Can’t go paperless, problems with autopay, it’s crazy.

Came here during my 1hr lunch break and was in a rush as I thought it would take a while. The lady I dealt with was very friendly, prompt and courteous. I had to take care of a citation and she provided me with all the paperwork needed for compliance to get it cleared off my record. And answered any questions I had. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Way less than I thought.

So I try to dump my large items of trash with the city and public works. The only available time they have is Friday's between 1pm and 4pm. It is by appointment only and ohh here's the kicker your only allowed to drop off once at a time. This is the worst city to live if your considering it. The charge you high taxes but the taxes don't work for you or benifit you at all
