I recently had a discouraging encounter with Leslie, the manager. , I was met with extreme rudeness even when she said I didn’t meet a promise to pay. In my opinion, fees are in place for such situations, and there's no justification for unprofessional behavior. With everything going on in the world, kindness and understanding should be the norm, especially in a customer-facing role. Leslie's refusal to answer my calls after I expressed my concerns only adds to the unprofessionalism. I would advise others to take their business elsewhere, where hard-earned money is valued and respected. As a founder and CEO of an amazing nonprofit here in Houston. I can definitely say she’s someone I’d never have on my team. Everyone deserves respect and kindness period!
