Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleburne TX

We got the king suite. We got a very comfortable king bed, a loveseat and coffee table, a desk with an ergonomic chair, and a kitchenette that included a full size refrigerator/freezer, a three-burner stove, a small sink, and a microwave. The front desk was very nice. We were able to bring our dog along for a small additional fee. Very reasonable price for the accommodations. Fair warning about the elevator though. It’s noisy and not the smoothest ride.

I stayed here before and thought it was very nice. The staff was very nice but I must admit the rooms look like a 13-year-old painted The whole place the elevator was sketchy There was paint stains everywhere. You can see it wasn't taped off. Because there were paint drips everywhere on the floor, the ceiling was only painted once and needed a second coat, the bathroom needed repairs. The blow dryer didn't work. So they gave me a replacement. The shower needed caulking the toilet seat was loose. It looked like there was pee stains on the bottom of the toilet but the bed was comfy and clean.The air conditioner was moldy and old but it worked. The pool was sketchy. It had tile pieces missing and left on the concrete by the steps. It was a little green. But again, the staff was very pleasant.

Where do I begin...beds are not king, bedding old with stains, mattresses awful, grounds are gross trash everywhere, flower beds overgrown or dead, breakfast ha, cold cereal, 2 yogurts in their frig, coffee colored water. Hotel is breaking state and federal laws of trying to charge a fee for service dogs!! The cleanliness of this hotel is needs some serious work....spend a little money to make your hotel appearance better! You have it doesn't take much to maintain your hotel grounds. Some people stay there for a while but it appears all you want is the money and don't care about the people who stay there.

Visiting my husband and have stayed at other Days Inn...this property is in bad shape and don't think the property owners care. Breakfast is a joke, coffee colored water. Need a GOOD clean up of all the trash around property and trying to charge a fee for service dog TO BETTER!

I was given the wrong room at first. I was told one price and charged another and on the last day of our stay the front desk clerk kept calling and harassing me, saying that they had noise complaints but the first call actually woke me up so there is no way I was being loud. They threatened to take abrupt action and made me feel very uneasy. I will never stay there again. In fact the last time I stayed here the clerk did the same thing. I gave it a second chance and that was my mistake. I hope others will keep this in mind.

I loved this hotel from the moment I walked out of the elevator I was greeted and shown to my room they rest of the trip was amazing

Exactly what you would expect. It is small and quiet. Nothing was dirty or smelly in our room and the air conditioner worked well. Bathroom was clean. As with most hotels of this quality, the water smelled weird, the carpet makes me want to keep socks on although nothing was evidently dirty. Mattress was clean. Small hotel right off the highway but their sign is pretty small and easy to miss. Check in and out was easy. Incredibly small breakfast nook, I didn't eat there so I wouldn't know what they serve. Price point tells you what to expect. No complaints at all, but note the pillows suck and the room seemed a bit smaller than most.

Stayed 3 nights.. front desk was pleasant. Overall appearance of place is good. Our room was clean and satisfactory. Low water pressure in the shower. Didn't try the breakfast there as we had places to be early in the morning and ate other places. Only real issue was the mud in front of the elevator that appeared the morning of the second day and stayed until it check out 2 days later. As it was bothered to be cleaned up.
