I always experience great customer service at this location, but today I spoke with Avery on the phone and he was very helpful! He checked high and low for a copy of Mockingjay for me and then made sure the other store had it when he realized they didn’t! He was very kind and I super appreciated his help!!

Meh. Same rude staff as always. Every time I check out, I feel like I’m bothering them just by existing. There’s a cold, dismissive energy that never changes. All of your locations reek of that smug Austin leftist elitism—more attitude than customer service. It’s honestly off-putting.

Who doesn't like books and comics at really cheap prices. That is Half Price Books and there's even more. You can sell your books their, they even have toys. Might even find unique, collectors addition items. I found two collectors items for my wife. Especially if you love reading, Half Price Books is a must visit establishment for you. I definitely recommend.

Came here for years when I lived nearby. They have an amazing selection of things, and the customer service is always amazing! I love to check out their CDs and vinyl. Also YA books. I've sold books and CDs to them as well, and they always have offered me a fair price for my stuff. Absolutely love this place. One time I lost an earring in the store, and the employees helped me look for it. Unfortunately we didn't find it, but they were so kind to me.

The prices are great here much better than the name brand book store. I was able to find Season 1 and Season 2 of Thundercats. Such a great find to add to the collection of cartoons from when I was a kid.
