First they put me in a room without a working tv. I had to go up to the front desk and ask for a tv remote. And she gave me a very weird look, I told her my room number again... and she then says " OH that room, yeah the TV doesn't work" would you like another room, I can move you into the room next door. Sure I said. The room is small, very small, floors are filthy, no fridge, no coffee maker, no microwave. The headlamp over the bed didn't work the first day I was there. I got up to go to work at 530 am no coffee in the lobby either. They want $3.00 for a small bag of chips in their machines. I told myself I'll stop at Walmart later on the next day. The towels are thinner than dish towels worn from decades of over use. The pillows are extremely flat, I asked the lady at the front desk if I could have a couple pillows, and she lied to my face and said they didn't have any... Umm I've been here for over 3 days and every day they have that linen closet open they have shelves with pillows. So I'll just leave it here instead, and the pillow Nazi can keep her pillows. Wife saw a roach a couple of times while she was here. The shower was repainted and the paint is peeling from the floor. Since it was repainted it is very slippery be very careful going in and out of the shower. Im here for work and will be here at least 10 days. I'll forward this to my employer so they can decide if they ever want to send their employees here ever again. Location is OK, close the freeway, but you'll be at the mercy of the people on the road to let you in.

No way this is actually 3 stars. As soon as you enter your room you are met with a wall of bleach. So much bleach your eyes start to burn and youre coughing your lungs out. Not to mention the bed sheets are so worn out yiu can see through them damn things. I'll leave the restroom to your imagination.

Let me start by saying this place is defined by, "you get what you pay for." So with that being said, it gives VERY little room to complain but I can however give you insight. The Cons: Over the 7 night stay we were in a two bed room with small kitchen. The pictures you see online are definitely from when they first open because it does not look half as good. Everything was old and dirty. The bed sheets are old and stained, beds are lopsided from where I imagine everyone has slept on the same side, there were COCKROACHES all in the kitchen area and table, the bathroom door was broken so it never stayed shut, the room had an odd smell- we didn't know if it was the place in general or the ac. There was absolutely ZERO room service throughout the whole stay in fact, I had to go to the lobby to request fresh towels, trash bags and toilet paper. I also had discard my own trash bags- I'm not even joking, I wish I was. I went to the lobby to ask what to do with our trash bags and was told to place them in the "trash room" across from the laundromat. The laundromat machines double charge your card so beware. Also, for some odd reason you get live entertainment from the cleaning staff arguing in the hallway over who cleans what and leaving early for the day even though nothing is clean, not even the hallways. The only thing clean is lobby. The Pros: All of the front desk staff was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They tried their best to accommodate us when we requested a different room but they stated they didn't have one available. I choose to believe that. The location of the building is fantastic if you're visiting Mexico like we were, only 10 minutes tops from the border. There is also an HEB 5 minutes away if you need anything... oh and the building parking lot was good too but beware of the ducks they're HUGE but nice lol. In Conclusion: We only used it to sleep even if we slept with all the lights on. I recommend you bring your own towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, trash bags, and quarters if you wash clothes there. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

It smells so bad there’s hair on the bed. The shower is not even fully clean. The AC doesn’t work.

First room had lots of cockroaches. Second room didn’t have cockroaches but was not clean. Dirty sticky floors. Sheets and pillowcases looked like they hadn’t been washed for a while.

Room was full of mould. I left after 20 minutes and found a clean hotel up the road. This was a health issue for sure

I don’t recommend this place at all. It is so humid in the room and the first time my husband came he was having a problem to get his money back.

The room was dirty, sheets were stained, trash bins were full from previous customers and bathroom was disgusting as well. There were isopods two stories up, on top of there being ants as well, and the coffee pot was so rusted and gunky it looked like a health hazard out of a post apocalyptic scenario. Will absolutely never stay in a Motel 6 again. When we went to the front desk they offered no means to a solution and seemed speechless. It was also noted by my husband that there was a box for a recently purchased coffee pot laid in the lobby that was quickly done away with once it was pointed out. I truly try not to write bad reviews, but please save your money. The courtyard hotel not too far down is a much better option, and not that much more expensive.
