I have visited a lot of UPS locations due to me owning a product based business, and every time I visit the UPS store in The Domain I leave in a better mood. The employers are always quick, efficient, and in a really fabulous mood. They greet everyone that walks in the door, and don’t treat you like a nuisance, which I feel like is unfortunately all too common when visiting Postal Service stores. I gladly drive slightly further to go to this specific location. Nae has helped me multiple times and she is very friendly and personable. I watched her be that way with all the people online in front of me as well. This is a great location! Would recommend.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, professionalism, and kindness of Nae and Panda. I went in to get a document printed/scanned, and notarized, and they were both incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. They were equally friendly and helpful to everyone who came in while I was there, and they made the process quick and easy. While I was there, they were both doing multiple tasks and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. I'm so glad that The UPS Store came up in my search results for a notary. I will definitely be back the next time I have need for any of their services.

The ladies at the front were so helpful and amazing. They helped tape my bags, print off labels, and made it super quick and easy. Panda, Presley, and Nae were all extremely helpful, all while helping others at the same time while I took forever!

Had to do a package return. Store had a short line but it moved really quickly. Clean store. The people working there were all super nice and friendly. I caught the names of Panda, Noe, and Presley (I think). Would definitely use this UPS store again.

Listen, nobody wants to go stand in line at UPS, Fed Ex, USPS etc...but man I've had to go to this store for returns twice in the last two weeks and Nae is such a joy. Always greets you in an upbeat manner and easy process. She's a huge asset to UPS and I sincerely hope they recognize her for it.
