I came in to the Virtu on Denali during a long stressful day of trying to find a new home. Lorri welcomed me with a bright smile and worked hard to find me find a home here despite how full they are. She was so patient and kind! I have lived in many apartments, and this team is one of the best! The property is beautiful and taken care of as well.

I have loved living here. I lived there for two years. Always felt safe and at home. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The front office and maintenance were always quick, prompt and friendly. The complex is well maintained and apartments clean. The private patio was a huge plus for me and my dog. If I ever moved back to the Abilene area I would definitely rent here again.

I have absolutely have loved living at Virtu on Denali. Nothing but positive experiences. This was my very first apartment on my own and I always felt safe living here and at home. The apartment was beautiful and modern, I absolutely loved my patio and so did my cat, and the leasing agents and maintenance were always so easy to communicate with and helpful whenever I needed anything. Pretty pool and apartment complex. 10/10 recommend.

I don’t ever really write reviews, but I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years. I lived in the one bedroom for a year and the two bedroom for a year and a half. This is by far the best apartment I have lived in Pros The management cares Maintenance is pretty quick Rarely have to worry about parking Huge kitchen and living room Great neighborhood (people are nice and it is well maintained) Huge back patio Cons Little storage throughout apartment Noisy dogs that people stick in the back patios One bedroom is very small (only good for one person not for two) Kind of expensive but worth it to me You're not gonna get your deposit back

I just moved in to Virtu on Denali, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Lori and Judi were both SO kind and helpful during my tour and move-in, they went above and beyond to answer all of my (many) questions and made me feel very welcomed to this community. My apartment was 100% move-in ready, our neighbors are so kind, and we love the amenities here! I definitely recommend living here!

I lived at Virtu for the last year and it was a great experience! First apartment on my own and Lynsey and Cara were both so helpful and answered every question for me quickly! Maintenance was very efficient and would help me out the day that I called. All of my neighbors were wonderful and I felt very safe. Pool and amenities were also an added bonus! Always clean, everyone was professional in the office, and it was extremely pet-friendly, so my dog would agree we had a wonderful time! If you're looking for a good complex in Abilene, be sure to check out Virtu!

NONE OF THE FEES ARE REFUNDED if you aren't approved for an apartment, including the deposit for the apartment that you aren't going to get. We spent over $600, could have been approved for an apartment if we spent another $350 but couldn't afford the additional fee, and lost the $600 + because it says on the online app that we won't be refunded. Maybe this is a new thing when applying for an apartment, but I struggle to understand why we don't at least get the deposit back on an apartment we aren't getting. The staff is nice, but they might want to mention that little bit of info when talking to applicants. BE CAREFUL!!!

The customer service is above and beyond. When reaching out to do a leasing agreement I was met with the most respectful Staff and they had an answer to any and every question I had! 10 out of 10 recommend them. The complex is clean and well maintained. Feels like home. Thanks to the Assistant Manager Lynsey I know all that I need to know to make my next move!
