This hotel is our favorite place to stay when we come down south. We are from Pennsylvania so it's always a great place to crash after a long drive. The hotel is always clean and the rooms themselves are spotless. The showers are perfectly hot which I know are something we ALL want. The service is fantastic and Sherri at the front desk is a great employee we love coming in and seeing her, we always have great conversations and she is so nice and helpful, 11/10. Everything about this hotel is amazing including the price. The complementary breakfast is a perfect add on to a perfect stay. Run, don't walk, and book a room here NOW.

We’ve stayed at this Red Roof Plus every time we’ve come into town due to how reasonably priced and located it is, but this trip will probably be our last staying. The room was humid and smelled of mildew. The shelving unit was not dusted. The bedside table was visibly broken. The bathroom was a mess, with a hole in the door, visible black mold on the ceiling, and pre-stained ‘fresh’ towels. The only thing going for it would be the fact that the bed seemed relatively clean and there was no evidence of bedbugs, but with how the rest of the suite looked, it’s surely just a matter of time. It would be an embarrassment to recommend this facility to any of our loved ones.

As a taxi driver, I had a couple I dropped off there Friday. I went in and asked if the address I had was the correct address. The desk clerk confirmed that it was. I let her know as a courtesy that I would be back on Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. to pick up my passenger back up. At that point the desk clerk was extremely rude by how she replied to it. Up until that moment, I would have probably recommend anyone there. I guess we will see tomorrow morning, how it really was after I pick up my clients. After picking up my clients, they assured me that their stay was very pleasant, with clean rooms and comfortable bed. They did interact with staff during their stay except for check in and checking out this morning.

We brought the kids here just for a weekend getaway so they could swim in the pool, get in the indoor whirlpool with jets and do some activities in the area. We upgraded our room to the premier room which had a couple granola bars, a water, a grape juice and a bag of microwavable popcorn. Nice touch!! Some of the things in the hotel are outdated but for the price you can't really complain. All of the employees from the front desk, breakfast attendant and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.The breakfast buffet was awesome. The options were bagels, different breads for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, peppered gravy, biscuits, waffles or mini waffles, yogurt, 2 different kinds of cereal, coffee, orange juice and apple juice, butter, jams, jellies and cream cheese. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice and the A C. worked so great! Definitely recommend and will be back.

I highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed here about 15 times throughout the past month and a half due to traveling, and I won't go anywhere else. I'm here now. All employees are nice, but Sherri is amazing. She is who you find most of the time at the front desk. She does her job well, and always helpful. Because I've been here a lot, I've asked for a lot, and she's been courteous everything, instead of frustrated. Overall a great place to stay, and priced very well.

The rooms are well kept and clean. The hot breakfast is delicious and Sherri is an absolute jewel of a woman! Talk about above and beyond for the guest! Will definitely be back for many years to come! And the pool and hot tub are wonderful. Always clean and well maintained

The hotel is a great deal for the price, spacious and clean rooms, nice continental breakfast, etc. But, I specifically want to give huge credit to Sherri at the front desk. My husband has been staying there for several weeks on business, and she has been wonderful in making sure he always has everything he needs for a comfortable stay. We genuinely appreciate her kindness and hospitality! Sherri is a huge asset to this hotel!

We came here last year but wasn’t able to stay this year our original stay was one night we extended by three days. Sherri the woman at the front desk I have seen her run laps around this hotel anything we have needed she has went above and beyond we have kids and stays away from home can be chaotic. My son got sick in the pool our first day and treated me and my son with the upmost respect. She is constantly walking the courtyard checking on things and cleaning. Highly recommend this hotel also pet friendly which is awesome we didn’t bring our dog this year but when we come back next year definitely will be bringing him.
