Received an appraisal for my business on 1-4-22. Did not hear from them until 2-16-22 when the original was due on 2-8-22. Ben called me back to back on 2-16 and was rude. I told him I was busy but he did not care. I answered his silly questions but told him I was not sending him the proprietary information which is my cost for the project. I reminded him that he was being hired to give an opinion of value not cost. Clearly to lazy to pull comps as they are required to do. I assume in an effort to put me out he canceled the appraisal after he had sat on it for 6 weeks. Sorry Ben the property will still close on time. If you want a better business rating I would suggest you gain a better understanding of who your working for. Less attitude and more competence will do you good
