I had a great experience at the store thanks to Kawanis. She was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. My phone took a long time to back up, but she remained calm, kind, and reassuring the whole time. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you, Kawanis, for your exceptional service! Highly recommended.

I wasn’t aware that walk ins weren’t welcome! I stood by the iPhone I wanted to purchase for probably 30 minutes. The red shirt staff walked by me 25-30 times. I was never asked what I needed or wanted? Most of them were looking and typing on their new iPhones? Finally I asked the guy who seemed to be a door greeter that missed me when I came in, he said “go stand right there, a nd someone will help you” Well I stand there for a while longer and a lady asked me what I wanted. I told her the iPhone I wanted and was asked how I wanted to pay and did I want to trade in, no, I just want a phone and to pay for it with a card. She leaves and I stand around another 10 minutes. Two young people came in right through the door from which I was standing 5 foot from. Immediately they were asking and was being shown phones before the big glass door had time to close. I know I don’t look rich or young, but I am a human being with feelings. Needless to say after seeing this, the next time the big glass door shut, I was on the other side of it. Thanks but no thanks apple! Not going to say I’ll buy another brand, but it won’t be from inside the building with the big glass door!

Don't shop here. Many employees are rude and give false information. Employee offered, I didn't ask, to not worry about my credit score taking a hit when applying for the Apple Card, they only do a soft search. They don't it is a hard search. My score dropped 78 points and I had excellent credit nor did I request/receive a huge line of credit. Also don't believe them when they tell you that you can't apply with an android that you have to use their public computers- you can use your android. Just don't expect any assistance with the process. I understand that all Apple stores are generally packed and salespeople are very busy. I expected that. I NEVER expect to be lied to when it comes to my money/credit.

I drove an hour and thirty minutes to the Memphis store in Tennessee with my father who has trouble getting around and we were greeted at the door we had a great service with silver and another associate which I can't think of her name right off hand. But they were so understanding and tried to help us the best way that they could. My first time being an Apple store was great the drive was worth it. Thank you to Silver and the young lady who was training him at the time.

IF YOU ARE GOING IN TO GET THE BATTERY REPLACED IN YOUR APPLE WATCH 5, DON’T BOTHER. I would have given them 0 stars if I could have. I went into store and was told I had to get in line to check in. As I get to front of line another customer that had just walked in started to walk through store she was told she had to get in line to sign in then she proceeds to tell clerk issue and she was told where she needed to go. Clerk then gets back to me, takes my information and then tells me where to go sit down to wait until I am called. At least 10 minutes of waiting then I am called and escorted to another area to wait. Another 10 minutes goes by and technician walks over to ask what I needed. I told him I needed a new battery for my watch. He took a look at it on my wrist and then told me my watch was no longer under warranty so they do not replace batteries. The fix was to buy a new watch. Welcome to the throw away society Apple. The watch is in very good shape, it makes perfect sense to throw it out and buy a new one!?!?!? Might be a good idea to tell the first clerk to let customers know this before they waste their time!

they do a great job of being able to say no. Spent an entire day running back and forth (it’s a hour and fifteen minute drive from my house) between the store and my service provider only to find out in the end Apple could’ve taken care of it. I was surrounded by numerous (5) employees all talking to each other over headsets about my under warranty cracked phone screen before telling me, collectively, no, it couldn’t be fixed. But actually yes. It could and SHOULD have been taken care of there, which is what I found out from wireless provider. Too many people “working” and not enough customer service skills between them to do anything helpful.

I wish there were other Apple stores in the Memphis area but that’s okay. This store can be really great and really frustrating at times. The service, depending when you go, will be really quick or really slow. Aside from that, it’s a great store offering all the latest on Apple products.

This store and Apple has done nothing short of disappoint me every time I try to use them. Over the years I've had them deny AppleCare repairs time and time again or make them insanely difficult in wha I assume is an attempt to get you to take a higher priced repair option or trade the phone in. Today I went in for a simple screen repair just a cracked glass front and their scan tool lit up saying there were issues detected with Face ID, camera, speakers all of which are working just fine. They want to send the phone off to their offsite repair site and give me a loaner phone, put down a deposit, have to come back to pick it up all of which is really inconvenient. Of course they offer for me to do the self mail in repair option and that costs 100 instead of 30. I'm so sick of not being able to use the AppleCare I always buy I'm temped to throw my entire apple ecosystem away and start over with android. I've cracked my screen probably 3 times and I've never been able to use the 29 dollar repair and it feels super intentional.
