Lucy, in particular, has been outstanding always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever any issues arise. Her dedication and efficiency make a real difference. Enconvo have helped with a number of issues recently. Joanna Russell in particular, has been very helpful and rectified our issues in a timely and efficient way. Joanna and the team are always happy to help on phone and email and support you through the whole process, rather than passing you around to different people.

we had the pleasure of dealing with Simon at Enconvo. We were totally new to the virtual landlines and had no idea what it actually was. Simon guided us through everything in laymans terms so that we could understand what was involved. Really pleased with customer support - Simon is always very quick to respond (even when the poor chap was harassed by us on his holiday). The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, terrible equipment which we had no end of problems with and even worse customer service. We had to get the ombudsman involved and even ended up buying ourselves out of the contract as it was so bad. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

2023 we had Enconvo approach us to move from our current provider, they promised a better, cheaper and more reliable service with unlimited calls to 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers. The first mistake was believing them, One month after install phones would freeze requiring a restart and happens on a weekly basis. 2 Months after we started receiving inflated invoices which we were being charged for mobile calls which as per our contract were supposed to be included because apparently BT mobiles are not included? If you are looking for VOIP provider do your self and your company a favour look else where this company is probably the worst to deal with. And just to put the cherry on the cake if you need help with THIER SYSTEM when it comes to changing the answer machine their first response is there is a cost for our help! AVOID

Terrible company, no care for clients whatsoever. Phone lines continually drop out. On a good day the calls come through but crackle. If you try to call for support, they won't answer but if you press the New Client option, someone answers very swiftly. As soon as you are signed up with them, they stop caring. They have cost our business thousands. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
