As a fast-growing SME within the construction industry it fair to say our IT knowledge is somewhat limited. We reached out to PCN in December 2023 as we were having major issues with our network supply. Our network providers only option was to install a dedicated fibre supply which would of cost thousands. From the initial enquiry PCN had a solution and organised 5G to the site and a full overhaul of current IT system. PCN have also helped with updating our desk phones to a VOIP system, introduced cloud storage, and cyber security. They are very responsive, professional, and supportive. They have a can-do attitude. We have office and site-based staff and they are always on hand to help. Any technical IT issues are sorted immediately, and it’s reassuring to know our IT assets are now fully monitored. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend PCN. Thank you for your help and support thus far.

5 stars doesn't seem sufficient praise! Total newbie when it comes to tech. They not only built the PC but set it up for me. But they also fixed it in no time at all when I took it to them AND helped me with tech issues over the phone as I haven't a clue about some of it. Truly 10/10, thankyou guys!
