I went to this store twice, one to find an iPhone 15 ( which I have now from another place) and also today to check a new MacBook, both of the times I went with enough money to buy the products but I’m Not sure if they never let you touch the things or is it because I’m Latino and they think that I’ll get it and run? Zero welcoming. So as I did in the first time I didn’t buy the Mac, and don’t tell me this is something from the brand (CeX) because there is the same in Brighton and they always let me test the stuffs before I buy it. I don’t recommend this place and I won’t go back there again. Maybe if I were a white European, the treatment would be different.

Drop and go order dropped off 6th January. 2 weeks later and still hasn't been tested and/or haven't been paid out. Customer service contacted 10 days ago as they used to take 48 hours max to test things... they replied saying the store is busy. Fine... but 10 days later no update? Poor.

Decent venue and not many trade in stores around anymore. Great selection of items, and you can get a rewards card for trading in, too. The staff are decent and knowledgeable as well as happy to help and answer questions. It's always going to be more expensive than a marketplace, but you have 3 month warranties on most things. Coffee shop a few doors down with a toilet stop, and you can part in tesco or St David's, and it'd a 5 minute walk over

I visited the shop a few days ago, and it was quite busy. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit disinterested in their roles. The loud music, combined with the busyness, made it overwhelming to browse at leisure. I brought in some old tech for a trade-in, all of which had worked flawlessly before. While I was fine with waiting an hour for testing, I was surprised when all of the items failed for the exact same reason. This struck me as odd, so I suggested that they might be using old batteries for testing. However, the staff didn’t seem keen on retesting. I ended up taking my items to another store where they worked perfectly.

Young man with a beard refused to serve me, was very rude 👎👎👎👎👎 not on, won’t be going back ☹️

Nothing to complain about from staff service point of view. Very friendly team and great service. But product quality is lacking. I recently bought two xbox games and a switch game from there and none of them have worked. I have been able to get refund and or swap for these products but again they are not working. I feel like there needs to be a better quality check when buying products in as this has happened for people I know as well. Again I do want to say I have no problem with the service.

Is ok. A lot of the stuff is ok in terms of Blu-rays, dvd, games etc. anything else of value in the cabinet's are generally dirty. Wanted to sell my phone and they made me take off the screen protector but because it had an EU charger in the box they would not take it. Instead of putting back in the box they wrapped an elastic band around the box and left the phone on the outside scratching the screen as it was sitting on the shelf screen side down. The manager did nothing but shrug his shoulder, look at me then walked away. Now I cannot get more than £20 for a phone that is valued at £100 due to the scratches.
