TPN Pallets Network We recently ordered a tonne of coal, and because of the weight, it was crucial to use a company that provides clear communication and reliable tracking. TPN promises both, but unfortunately, our experience fell short in this regard. The issues started early in the day. By 9:00 am, no tracking information had been sent. After phoning TPN, we were told the pallet would be delivered between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm—but still, no tracking was provided. By 1:00 pm, the pallet had not arrived, and we had received no updates. Throughout the day, we had to make several calls chasing information, which made the experience extremely stressful. Despite the communication issues, the delivery itself went very well. The pallet eventually arrived at 2:30 pm, and the driver was excellent—friendly, professional, and placed the pallet exactly where we needed it. Overall, the delivery itself was fine, and the driver deserves full credit. However, the lack of timely communication and tracking significantly impacted our experience. If TPN could improve in this area and deliver the service they promise, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Would give zero stars if i could . Just witnessed a driver completely block a pavement forcing two elderly people with walking frames and a woman with a pushchair into a very busy road to get around his lorry. There was more than enough space for him to drive to his drop off point and park there, without blocking the pavement. This was today in Hazlemere, Bucks at 12pm if you would like to investigate and instruct your drivers to park considerately.

Ordered a quad from company which TPN were the delivery partners. I phoned and arranged delivery time and date as I am away serving. My fiancee is at home. Driver dumped the pallet at bottom of road as its 'curb' side.... My Mrs is 5ft 3 nothing and is now left wirh a pallet to decant and move up our path. Obviously they don't hire men but slobs.

One way system is now anti-clockwise. Continue all the way to the end and around the back before going in. Once inside, open curtains in rows and get directed to a bay. Speedy unload and reload on all the times I’ve been there. Double decker in fully loaded and out fully loaded under 2hrs.

The worst forklift driver ,they don’t respect the time out ,as a driver I have to be out at 02:00 am ,but all the time they finish loading me at 04:00-05:00 and all the time said not all pallets are on line ,which it not true lazy driver specially driver at bay 98 the worst one ever see in my life ,start put in 2 -3 pallets on and after he drive around the warehouse pretend to do something, just pretend 🤣

Great WC facilities available for drivers yet many seem to prefer to p"ss in public, yes weird and disgusting I know, so watch your step, avoid any dodgy looking puddles and take a peg for your nose on warmer days 🤢
