Very helpful and informative staff in advance of purchase. Excellent service as I ordered the computer from UK on Tuesday and it arrived in the door at noon on Thursday. The computer is a dream to operate and does everything that it said on the website. Top class product. I would highly recommend compadvance.

I did a thorough search on CompAdvance Ltd before I purchased from them. All seemed OK. I was very pleased with the swift and efficient handling of my order but was most impressed by the "above and beyond" level of customer service. Kyle got in touch to inform me if I was planning to use the monitor and pc together I would need an additional lead which they hadn't got in stock.I ordered one which arrived on the same day as my order. So no delay in the use of my new gear. Helpful,knowledgeable staff are an important asset.I hope they are appreciated.Well done CompAdvance Ltd.

I recently purchased a HP all in one desktop from this company at an excellent price. The computer was delivered within 2 days! and was in perfect condition. As I couldn't find the Bluetooth receiver for the wireless mouse and keyboard I contacted their customer support who were extremely helpful and I located the receiver. Overall my experience of this company is excellent with fantastic customer support.

The poorest experience I’ve ever had ordering anything online (and I order a lot). I don’t like writing bad reviews. Like most, if not all other customers, I simply want good service and a good quality product. Then I can post a positive review. Simple. In this regard, Compadvance couldn’t be worse. Here’s the summary: I ordered an item. Email comes with confirmation of postage, but they clearly didn’t have the item in stock. They admitted this over the phone and apologised. They promised to send it to me via express mail immediately thereafter, but never did (despite asking for a tracking number dozens of times) and then fobbed me off with all kinds of stories about warehouses, suppliers, shippers, delays, etc. I asked for a refund. They haven’t paid me back. It’s been well over a month. How hard can it be to simply issue a refund and apology?

Really happy with the product I ordered. I was advised that it might have minor defects, and would come with an EU plug - it doesn't have any notable defects, and they kindly supplied a UK plug and hdmi cable. Company also kept me informed when the courier encountered a delay in shipping. Overall great, would buy from these guys again.

Delivered a faulty monitor (verified by independent repair company). They collected the item (finally) and once they received it they sent pictures showing it was ‘damaged on return’ and told me I was only legible for a ‘partial refund at best’ Con artists. Avoid!
