It all started with an overheating problem with my laptop, it frequently overheated and shut off when it reached 99 degrees on the CPU I had been looking for a place to replace the thermal paste and pads, however most were either too far away or too shady looking. Then one day while I was returning from medical appointment I saw it...... The Pioneer information solutions sign, At first I thought it was a place for companies to get their computers fixed but I saw that they do consumer computers too so I thought I would check on google and yelp to see what the reviews said. All were positive so I called them and asked them about the possibility of changing my laptop's thermal paste, they said they would order some since they had ran out and the delivery was very quick, just took a day to arrive, after that I went there and gave them the laptop, the service was super fast, I came in the next day to pick it up and they let me test the temperature in the shop! It was much better! and they answered all my questions about the process and they are very understanding and welcoming they didn't make a problem out of my extremely controversial laptop password (lol) and were very VERY professional. I think they just got a customer for LIFE!!!!!

It's very stressful when the laptop one relies on just doesn't start one day. This happened to me this week. I had been recommended to Pioneer IS. I cannot thank Chand enough for getting it working. Pioneer company offers an excellent service.
