RS Networks

I recently partnered with RS Networks for IT support services as I launched my new business, and I couldn't be more impressed with their expertise and responsiveness. As a startup, I needed a reliable IT partner who could handle everything from setting up the infrastructure to ensuring ongoing technical support. From day one, Rob demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs, customising solutions that perfectly fit. What stood out the most was how they took the time to explain everything in clear, non-technical terms, making sure we understood things without feeling overwhelmed. The customer service is top-notch. Whenever we've had an issue or question, Rob & the team have responded promptly—whether it's through phone, email, or remote assistance. The IT support isn't just reactive; they've proactively offered suggestions for improving efficiency and keeping systems secure, which is invaluable. Overall, RS Networks has been a critical asset in helping my business. Their combination of technical skill, customer service, and proactive approach makes them the perfect partner for any small or growing business looking for IT support. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of professional, reliable IT services.

Thanks to Rob, I’ve now got a bullet proof wireless network! I explained my issues (slow and patchy Wi-Fi) he understood my needs far better than I can explain and just sorted it! I’ve now got strong, fast and reliable Internet connections and I’m a much happier calmer person :)
