I needed a new washing machine and hoover urgently last year as they both stopped working and Kevin was brilliant he advised me on best ones at reasonable cost and were delivered swiftly. I then needed a new oven Hayley got me a great deal and it was installed by two chaps who quickly swapped it. V. Efficient!

My washing machine broke down yesterday . I went to Postles in Sheringham today , where a lovely young man named Kevin served me . I bought a new washing machine & it was delivered by David & Billy within the hour . They fitted it in in 15 mins . I was overjoyed as I am disabled & over 90 . You must be so proud to have such helpful employees. Grateful thanks to them . I have been a happy customer at Postles since the 1970’s

Amazing service received at this local shop. Helped me out of a difficult situation when my fridge freezer broke down. Provided me with the replacement of my choice BOSCH, model of my choice, AND delivered FOR FREE the same day.!The price was just 1 pound more than John Lewis and equal to that found on line. Postles of Sheringham are absolutely brilliant! I have just had delivery of a dishwasher which, because of my incompetence at measuring, didn't fit. The installation guys were so kind and patient and tried various options which unfortunately didn't work. They took the machine away and will return next week with a slimline one . I have called the shop to apologize and again was treated with patience and kindness and never made to feel like a complete idiot. This experience is testament to the importance of shopping locally. Thank you to Postles.

Had a fridge/freezer fitted this morning in our holiday lodge, turns out it was slightly too tall !! But the fitters were absolutely fantastic re-adjusted the housing as it was integrated, can't thank them enough they were both brilliant 👍

SHOCKING TREATMENT OF MY NAN! WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! She returned the item to be told it wasn’t from there, even though she had the receipt. Returned 3 times in the end returned with a family member to get refunded.
