I was very wary of using external telephone answering services because I wondered what the cost and service would be like. Doing a free trial with Your Office and PA allayed my fears. The service is excellent, and I appreciate the can-do attitude of ensuring the call handlers deal with calls correctly. It saves me time and means people calling my business get a quick answer rather than waiting for me to check answerphones etc. I’ve not had any negative feedback from my customers who have left messages. It’s very professional and fully integrated into how my business runs. I wish I had tried it before now!
