Okay, so went to this Apple Store to pick up my iPhone thinking I’d be in and out but ended up staying a couple hours. I was sooo lucky! I ended up getting Sarah O who was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just in general terms, AMAZING! She helped me setting up my iPhone as well as transferring everything from one phone to another. Yes I could have gone home and done it myself but something would have surely gone wrong. lol… Doing it with Sarah everything went so smoothly and no problems at all. I just can’t get over how knowledgeable she is when it comes to apple stuff. This seems like a great work environment! While I was there 20 people must have come up to Sarah to ask questions and they all seemed like they really like what they are doing… Sarah is definitely the kind of employee that most companies would be thrilled to have! Apple got a great hire when they hired Sarah. Thanks Sarah it was a pleasure learning from you.

It was absolutely packed. We have plenty of people and it looks like a cafeteria. You had one representative on each table helping in group at a time. What I need is done. I was understandably unable to do there.But I still wasn't very impressed. Everybody has their opinion what I would do if I was them. I would set up a table with a computer. I would have a sign over top of each table for the purpose that the customer is there for. I would have at least one technician at each table if appropriate and I would set them up as if it's an office in a cubicle and deal with each one personally. Whiths a specialized customer service person helping each one as they come in with what they're trying to do. Sales technical problems set up you want to make it streamline and you want to make it simple. The number one issue I had to replace was just the massive amount of people in it.

I recently visited the Apple Store in the Richmond, VA location on June 22, 2025. My experience was splendid. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Sarah she was friendly and attentive. My husband’s battery wasn’t functioning to its full potential. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughly. We wound up purchasing a new iPhone. She knew the best possible option was getting a new IPhone. We’re very happy with the service and new phone. The store environment was clean, organized, and bustling with activity, reflecting Apple’s commitment to a high-quality customer experience. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars. The combination of excellent customer service, hands-on product interaction.

Hello! I dedicated the day to completing my task: checking on my faulty tri-lens camera. I was checked in and my issue was diagnosed. The part was in stock, and full repair price was given and did not change later; this, as well as great service, is tantamount. I left my device with the Genius Team, and flounced around town with a friend until my pick time. I returned to the store, checked in, and was paid up with my amazing iPhone 13 Pro Max back in hand. I had three different employees assist me, and I have Zero notes. Perfect field trip to invest in my incredible 13 Pro Max (eat it, iPhone 16 & up!) Thank you, I will return.

I had an awful experience with a worker named Sarah. She was rude and dismissive and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Another worker named Theresa was much more helpful and very knowledgeable. This Apple Store is good as long as you go to the right workers.
