We've been working with Dave Helm for over fifteen years, lately with Rabb-IT. We have 25-30 employees, we use CRM and Sage software. We recently needed to upgrade to Sage Line 200 and move from an on premise - to cloud based IT set up. We also moved to hosted telephony at the same time, so needed a support organisation that understood both disciplines in order to make sure we got the QoS for voice over the network and a reliable resilient and secure IT service.
