I have used Expert IT for more than 30 years. They're brilliant. They respond quickly. They always have a solution to even the most complex issue. They don't mind at all if I call with simple questions and take the time to explain everything clearly. They a warm, friendly and professional firm who I would highly recommend.

If I could give Zero I would. In this world of reviews you were playing a dangerous game withholding my information only you had access too. For you information I am still hold a Directors position at the company you have looked after. You lost me money and business as I was 4 days plus without emails. As a customer let down badly this will affect you business. It is illegal to hold my data as you know. I am sure your customers would be well informed that your company rips people off, jumping into computers doing all sort of things that you dont explain, putting clients on hold and disappearing whilst you are still charging per minute! and then invoicing per minute!! Further action will be taken on your unethical company.

Expert IT charged me almost £200 just to remove a virus from my laptop. Only after a few days, the laptop shut off and wouldn't come back on. Expert IT totally destroyed the hard drive. Had to pay them another £500 to get some very important information out of my laptop and also had to buy another one as the one they played around with was beyond repair. Almost £700 in the bin thanks to them. Please consider buying a new PC before letting this inexperienced bunch touch your device. It would save you a lot of money and stress. They have no recollection of this job? How convenient for you!!!!

Expert IT are simply the best. Have dealt with other firms in the past but never had the service and support in a very nice and friendly way that we have had from Expert IT over the last 8 years. Can't recommend highly enough, great knowledgeable service with a smile.
