Just...Wow! Katie Sanford made the process of starting our recent LLC anxiety free and answered all of our questions that we had during the process. As someone relatively inexperienced with the process of starting a business, it's wonderful knowing that Katie is available for us, and invested in our company's success. Every State should have a program like Oregon Registered Agent LLC available to them while setting up their business.

Amanda Andrews was the most incredibly patient person in helping me get my account updated with new Credit Card Information and then she walked me thru step by step to file the Corporate Transperency Act forms that I have been told by my accountant that I am supposed to file with Feds or potentially face a big fine. This lady needs to be given all the Praise that your company can give to one of it's own and I suggest a raise for her competence, patience and pleasantness. GREAT PRAISE TO Amanda Andrews !!!!! These folks are incompetent. They never get back to you and are incapable of answering your questions. You get what you pay for! In this case incompetence. I am going back to Northwest Registered Agents. They cost a bit more, but they deliver customer service. I have worked for three Oregon governors and know the value of good customer service.

As a new business owner, navigating start up costs solo to save as much as financially possible, thankfully, Oregon Registered Agent offers a low cost and local solution. I was able to work with Jason Miller in web support when we recently encountered a unique situation where I was teaching my 14yo about the “intro-net” and alas, I was locked out.
