i ordered my own parts and then these guys built the pc for me. i was leaving to go on a trip and so asked if it could be built in 3 days — they assumed me it would be done in less, and then contacted me only 24hrs later to say it was done! i received pictures and updates throughout the process, too. such an amazing experience; the pc works wonderfully and looks gorgeous. super friendly and super helpful! this is my first proper pc and he explained various softwares and details to me. i’ll be going to these guys with any tech issues i have in the future, highly recommend. thanks again! :) p.s. yes i know i need a new monitor and a mouse pad, haha.

Absolutely fantastic service from diagnosis to rebuild/repair and pick up. Would not hesitate to use then again for anything from new builds to simple repairs and upgrades. Honest, efficient, great customer service and very good value.

Harrison is utterly fantastic. My memory stick physically broke that had my work assignment on and I was freaking out. I went to a couple other places for quotes and after talking to Harrison it was clear they were not being honest. He made me feel so at ease and was able to fix my memory stick and went the extra mile of showing me other memory sticks for my work, how to avoid things like this in the future etc, he was incredible and he literally saved the day! If you get yourself into a pickle like me - go here first!

Popped in to enquire about having our PS5 looked at as it was overheating it's just over 2 years old. Dropped it in today and was told to come back in 1 hour. Super fast service and competitive price. Saved me sending it away for almost a week and would've cost more to do so.

Harrison was great when helping to build my custom gaming pc. He was helpful from start to finish. He went through the design with me as many times as I needed and explained every little bit to me and why he was doing it. He went through all the ordering with me and kept me up to date through the whole process. When I had questions after the build was finished he instantly offered to help. I can’t fault the service, would definitely recommend Harrison.

They have been really amazing and helpful in fixing my MacBook Air screen! They work really fast and efficiently with getting the parts and fixing my laptop (twice 😅). Would definitely recommend to anyone with tech issues or broken screens
