2 Technical look after all the IT infrastructure for our business. Every time I have had to contact Mark or Jamie with an IT problem they have resolved it with speed and efficiency. Mark was an absolute gem, helping us to get fully set up for our WiFi with a full mobile broadband back up, got our printers all hooked up and it runs a beaut. Attentive, diligent and definitely provides peace of mind over our network. We have a number of disparate technologies and each is interconnected almost seamlessly with very little downtime. When disruption has occurred it is dealt with quickly commensurate with business risk. And the attention to cyber security is huge, borderline obsessive!!
