Make sure you make a booking where you can get a refund. Otherwise they will cancel your booking on purpose because they know they don't have to give you a room and still get paid.

Terrible... Imagine driving all day long and just wanting a place to rest before getting back on the road again. Just sad. Thank goodness there was a hotel right across the road.

Probably the worst Super 8 I've been in. Not particularly dirty or scary, just very threadbare with sad weird tenants. Not horrible, and cheap.

The place needs CONDEMMED!! I don’t know how the dept. of health allows this place to stay open!!! Burn holes & marks everywhere in cluding bedding linens. Broken furniture, cockroaches, mold, unfunctional facilities.(shower, toilet, tv) Resturants are shut down because of bugs, what about Super 8?

My husband was called about an hour before he was to land in Pittsburgh and was told that his room for the weekend was cancelled. I called to find out more details and was told that housekeeping hasn't been there for a couple days so they have no clean rooms. Called to book him elsewhere and learned this is a VERY common issue with this property!! A 1 star is being very generous!

The list of issues is long: -the entire place is in general disrepair... holes in the walls all up and down the hallway -exterior doors are wide open with no need for a passkey to get in -no interior chain lock -dingy, very poorly lite hallways, not all fixtures covered or in place -not a single vending machine worked -bed only had a cover sheet -mattresses were both filthy, stained -bathroom is extremely poorly lite... but that is good so it is more difficult to see how stained/dirty the tub is -phone was so dirty that it should only be used in case of emergency -the 'breakfast' area was so sparse that we decided to forego our 'free' breakfast. -room was booked for 2 occupants yet we had 1 bath towel, 1 face cloth, 1 mini-soap and 1 bath floor mat - that's it. -at my Wyndham Rewards level I'm to get a preferential room. When I booked I asked for non-smoking... that was ignored. -the sign says 'best rates in town', or something similar... there's a reason for that and it's obvious once you step inside the door. -there was 8-10 cars in the parking lot overnight... apparently most have already gotten the message to not stay here I could easily write a 5000 word essay on how poor this place is but it isn't worth my time, BUT, I do hope others take the other reviews seriously. I have no idea how Wyndham/Super 8 can allow this ownership to spoil their name/brand.

I asked if there was any cleaner to clean my microwave and bathtub and I was told they did not have any and to go to the dollar general across the street after I payed 230+ dollars for 3 nights. Unacceptable for humanity.

Do NOT book here. This was the most terrible place I have ever been. The smell was horrible and didnt feel safe at all. There were holes in the walls and bed spreads, no pillow cases, no towels, bugs everywhere, stained distgisting matrresses and pillows. Door didn't shut whole way or lock. We didn't even stay it was absolutely the WORST hotel. This place should be closed!
