You will not find a better place to fix your laptop. This is true customer service from true gentlemen! They went out of their way to find a fast affordable solution for my broken laptop which I needed to use urgently. Being new to the area I tried several places and this place was way way better than anywhere else. I would recommend to all! 10/10 stars all round. Thank you!

Alan and the whole Team are Always very helpful and friendly. Making up custom Stationery and all-Manner of other services, They are especially helpful for small Businesses who need to drop-in between their work, get what they need and be off again. Whether that be, pens, notepads, Ink Cartridge, a Cat5/6 joiner etc. The proprietor buys volume, and that means great value for you the consumer….the selection they hold these days has grown with time to be quite unbelievable…..believe me when I was running my Business I would drop in with some very outlandish “Have You Got…” Nearly always with an enthusiastic smile would come back …”I expect So….!!” ….off they went…..a couple of moments later it’s on the counter! ….Moreover it would be competitive enough price to get me “off the hook” on the Job I was working on for a customer ….and still allow a small margin for me too. …….Winner winner ….Chickens for Dinner! :D

When asked for a paper receipt for an item I took in to be returned, I was informed they don't like doing them because it would mean he'd have to 'write out the long number' on the label. Lazy is the best I can describe it, and definitely unhelpful!

Great shop. We use them for all sorts of things - laminating, large size printing, all sorts of stationary. Service is always good.

Trawled Pinhoe to Honiton including PO’s and big stores looking for a large mail cardboard box...eventually signposted closer to home and at last success - yes Ottery Office and Computer Ltd have a huge range along with super helpful service and very reasonable cost. Worthy of 5 stars in my books.

I had some old picture files that needed reformatting. It was great to get these pictures back in a readable format. I can now edit them. These guys came to the rescue! Great service and customer care! 👍
