Would NEVER recommend this place. Ron may seem nice but he is so disorganized and forgetful. Rented us a unit but gave us the incorrect unit number. Then gave us the wrong gate code. Then locked us out of our unit because HE gave us the incorrect unit! He called it “a software glitch”. Then repeatedly sent texts snd called asking for payment AFTER we moved out. We called him the day we moved because he double locked our unit because of his mistake. Moved out 3 weeks after renting. Hes still trying to bill us and report to our credit! DO NOT RENT FROM Robs mini storage or Rainier mini storage!

I would never recommend. My husband went in and rented a unit. 3 weeks later they raised the rent $30. The contract was never signed as my husband is not tech savvy and didn't know it was online. He tried to talk to Ron to tell him he was not going to move into unit who referred him to do it online. It required a 30 day notice to vacate. Very shifty business. Didn't know until that day they were going to raise rates. ? So they couldn't have told him when he rented the rates we increasing. That should be a clue to a sketchy business. He was yelling at me on the phone. We will pay the month and make sure we let our friends and family know to use another business! Legally we do not have a signed contract with them and that is on them. From past reviews they clearly do not care about customer service!

The owner, Ron was readily available when I needed some assistance after hours which made it nice not having to wait til morning to access my unit. The rent was raised on the unit but is still cheaper than anything else I had priced for the same size so I can't complain. Would definitely rent there again.

Reserved a unit at 11 am, things changed, wanted to cancel the unit a couple of hours later, they said that they still needed to keep the money for one months rent!!! We did not even use the unit!! Heck, we never even stepped foot on the property!!! Now we are out over $200.00!! We are not rich people, it breaks my heart that there are still people out there who do not think about customer service!!

I just needed a place temporarily until my apartment was ready and Ron, the manager, made it painless to rent a unit and get access to it immediately which was nice since it was after hrs. Only needed unit for 1 month but would definitely check with them first next time I need to store anything.

What a total fiasco of a business. Father/son set up. Pay rent to office where unit was rented,get forclosure notices from the other for non payment.harrassed by son over internal family issues. 6 months in 40% rent hike. Cant get out soon enough. Totally unprofessional and with whats going on personally with these people your things are not safe from random foreclosure even if rent is paid. Pay rent to one,the other threatens foreclosure. Find anywhere else
