The client experience at SoHo Luxury Exchange is second to none. The store is beautiful, the extensive selection is all authentic, and the owner, Vicki, is a wonderful person to work with. She takes great care of her clients, and it's clear that she loves what she does. The online store is easy to use, frequently updated, and always has accurate photos. I was able to find a great deal on a Louis Vuitton backpack that I've wanted for years, and even picked up a beautiful Gucci backpack for my wife that she absolutely loves. Both are in immaculate condition, especially for such a great price. A 10/10 all around. Thank you, Vicki and SoHo Luxury Exchange!

Amazing condition for a vintage item! I am so excited to use this for many years to come and hopefully pass it down to my daughter. Worth every penny and then some! Customer service is also amazing—was sent an actual photo for tracking via text and they were available to speak with me almost instantly for further questions/etc.
