I cannot praise this young man Shakil enough from Teckys, he was so patient and understanding, when trying to help me transfer by data over to my my new ipad, I didn’t think I would find anyone to do it, but the guys this shop really know their stuff. Shakil spent time sorting it out for me with great empathy for a technophobe. The shop is a great asset to Long Eaton and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently needed a battery replacement for my Google pixel 8 and choose Techy to do it for me. They was very fair, honest and at very reasonable price too. When I picked up my phone they had replaced my screen protector as well free of charge ( the screen protector was extremely damaged) I personally can't sing their praises enough.

The battery on my iPhone died completely. As my phone is a very old model I was worried that it might not be possible to fix it, but I went to Techys, Long Eaton hoping they could sort it out. Shakil, the gentleman who served me was very reassuring, ordered a new battery for my iPhone model and replaced the old one for me. He also tested it to make sure it was working properly. I hope I’ve spelled his name correctly. His customer service was first class and I highly recommend Techys, Long Eaton to anyone who needs any phone repairs.

I would whole heartedly recommend these guys if you need a phone repair. It took us an hour to get there today, as we don’t live locally, but it was well worth it. As we weren’t familiar with the area, they came out to find us in a car park and escorted us to the shop. They appreciated the fact that I had come so far and went out of their way to fix my phone issues to my satisfaction. I was even given a free gift.

My grandson took my iPhone 12 to Techys in Long Eaton and they were excellent. They fitted the battery properly, fixed the power, stopped the looping and sorted the camera. Phone works like new again. This was after Fizi Phonez had messed it up and couldn’t repair it. Techys are the ones I’d recommend every time.

I took my laptop to Techy’s for repair and was really impressed with the service. They did an excellent job, much quicker and cheaper than other places I checked. The staff were friendly,especially Ariff, explained everything clearly, and the quality of the repair was spot on. Great value for money. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

Honestly I will never use this shop again! Took my sons iPhone 13 Pro in for a new screen then promised me it was genuine, they had his phone 6 hours for a new screen, when I collected the phone the screen looked like it had been super glued, worked for 2 hours then the colours started to come across the screen, took it to Fizi at fizifones he replaced the screen right away, took half an hour the phone has been fine ever since. Honestly do not use this phone shop! It’s not worth it, they charged me well over what Fizi charged me and Fizi even reassured me that if anything happened I can go right back. Techys didnt want to take any responsibility for there mess up. No money returned and no effort to try and fix the screen. STAY CLEAR
