Update 5th feb 2024. As you can see below, I am the first to congratulate a company when they perform well. Unfortunately, this company has really let themselves down when I returned to them to install Starlink as a replacement for my 4g system. Communication was absolutely terrible with e mails going unanswered and repeated requests for call backs being ignored. Eventually agreed a date for an install which was cancelled last minute due to an engineer being on a different job. 3 further appts cancelled with littler or no notice. Eventually just ignored my email and never got back to me to explain or apologise. This is no way to treat customers. Previous feedback.......... Can I thank you and your colleagues for your efforts in completing our installation. I have been very impressed by both the effectiveness of your solution to our wifi problem as well as the quality of your installation. There can be no doubt that this is money well spent from our perspective. I have already recommended your services to others in the area and I know that my neighbours are also very interested. Once again, we are most obliged for your efforts and wish your company every success

Called 3 times, all went to voicemail where i left message with contactdetails. 1st no response, 2nd did get call back and booked a home visit, no one turned up. 3rd call, again voicemail, left message to ask why no one turned up for visit and again 3 days later no response. Won't recommend CR Networks

Roger and team are a rare combination of old-school knowledge, wisdom, ethics, and the latest technological answers to difficult problems. They appear to "boldly go where no broadband installers have gone before", and get service to the most remote places imaginable. I highly-value Roger's advice on technical matters. Super folks to deal with.

Aline did a brilliant job fixing our landline broadband, then helping us find out about - and get on to - 4G broadband. Friendly, punctual, efficient and a fair price. Plenty of big sharks in the telecoms world and I can't recommend this small company highly enough.

Our rural and quite remote location in North Norfolk is beautiful but has no broadband, no cellular coverage and we are so far from the BT exchange that the landline barely works. An Internet connection is an absolute necessity for me as I cannot work without one. Now, all of that is clearly my fault for moving there and I accept that. We had no choice but to use a satellite solution from BigBlu (formerly Europasat, formerly Avonline) who claim to be the "rural broadband specialists" but are in fact, useless; appalling customer service and an Internet connection that an old-fashioned modem could beat, with very limited data allowance. Recently EE suggested a 4G solution with an external antenna which looked promising. However, the EE technician who turned up just could not be bothered and did not install the equipment. Roll on a few months and I had a conversation with Roger from Aline Telecomms and he was confident that he could provide a solution. After an exploratory test we now have an absolutely fantastic Internet connection utilising EE 4G with an external antenna providing up to 35Mbs downstream and as much as 4Mbs upstream. Browsing is fantastically fast, streaming services like BBC iPlayer and Netflix now work, and we no longer have to ration our usage for fear of being cut off by the BigBlu pirates. The installation was fast, neat and super-professional thanks to proper planning and testing in advance. A fantastic solution, and if it works in our location, it will work anywhere.

Ment to turn up at 12 and were a no show, once I phoned them! They rearranged to turn up at 4pm, they eventually turned up at 6pm. They did a good job once they were here, but it was fairly easy. They did not send me a receipt and I have tried 3 times to get in touch but have not had a reply. A VERY POOR SERVICE
